Physical assessment to determine weak points, strong points, mobility limitations, and mindset towards physical training.
Discussion and determination of dietary changes, nutritional requirements, and daily eating habits in relation to the goals of the client.
Exercise program design and four-weeks of one-on-one personal training. Included: instruction, program refinement, and general help with understanding and motivation.
Additional one-on-one sessions and future assessments available.
