Private Lessons & Personal Training
Verbal interview to determine goals and aspirations of the client related to health and well being.
Physical assessment to determine weak points, strong points, mobility limitations, and mindset towards physical training.
Discussion and determination of dietary changes, nutritional requirements, and daily eating habits in relation to the goals of the client.
Exercise program design and implementation. Over the course of four weeks, one-on-one personal training will be available for the purposes of exercise instruction, program refinement, and general help with understanding and motivation.
Additional one-on-one sessions and future assessments available. Prices vary.
