"The women's self defense is highly recommended! They teach to all skill and comfort levels."

Why We Care
Alexandra started martial arts training in high school after learning that 1 in 5 women and 1 in 16 men are sexually assaulted while in college. She wanted to improve her odds of avoiding and escaping threatening situations, and (fortunately and unfortunately) has had to do just that with her martial arts training over the years.

Now, she and her team are condensing their knowledge into repeatable practice sessions for women in the Cleveland area. Learning is one thing, but hands-on, repetitive practice builds the muscle memory needed for tense, no-time-to-think situations we are preparing for.
How it Works:
01
Reserve Your Spot
Our workshops are limited so that women can get more personalize practice time with our "big bads" and attention from our instructors. Lock in your spot before they are gone!
02
Get a Head Start
Before the session, you'll receive worksheets and checklists tailored to the workshop level/topic. These are packed with useful tips, thought-provoking prompts, and actions you can take immediately to stay safe and recognize danger.
03
Bring Your A-Game
You're going to get your reps in during these workshops! Wear comfortable workout clothes and make sure you pack a water bottle and sweat towel so you can get the most from the session.
